Mano Bella - Uptown: Discover Charlotte's Gem for Authentic Italian Cuisine

The best gnocchi alla sorrentina! So flavorful and a great dish for pasta lovers. I highly recommend coming here plus the service was wonderful and outstanding. SHOUT! out to Manuel and the staff working there in Seventh Street Market during Charlotte SHOUT! 10/10

Me and my wife came here to get a quick bite to eat and stopped by Mano Bella. The food was fantastic. The taste of the food was so fresh and delicious. Nick who was there was friendly and gave us a-little show with his cooking skills. Would definitely stop by here again when in the mood for some pasta. Perhaps give their other location a try in South Park.

Food that evoked the feelings of comfort and happiness. Gnocchi alla Sorrentina which is house made ricotta gnocchi infused with rich tomato basil sauce and mozzarella was truly outstanding. The Sicilian cheesecake was light, perfectly sweet and just melts in your mouth.

Not what we were expecting...was a birthday dinner. Didn't think we'd have to do all the the heavy lifting in regard analyzing the QR code menu and then ordering online....and looking up the wine selection via Google. We had three separate parties at our table and was not comfortable when the orders came randomly.... although we tried ordering at the same time, food came sporadically. The food was very good but experience was very cold. Even the food runners (I wouldn't call them servers...as there was not service) lacked hospitality. To sum it up.....we paid a lot of money for self service.

The food here is amazing! The staff is knowledgeable and polite and my GOD can they make mouthwatering Italian pasta dishes. You won’t regret a stop here while exploring downtown Charlotte!

I enjoyed Mano Bella- Uptown in Charlotte, North Carolina. I’ve been to the one in South Park and I knew this one would be a little different. This one is more of a quick serve. They have a decent menu. All different different types of pastas and you could get different sauces and they also have a few selections that they choose for you the pasta sauce and the toppings. They also had a few salads, bread and desserts. They also had a place where you could bring frozen pasta and dry pasta with sauces home with you. The bread was well seasoned and the olive oil on the side was delicious. It was definitely fresh. The Caesar salad was OK. Croutons were delicious. The lettuce was a little wilted. The pastas were good. We had one with red sauce- the La Burrata. We also had one that was made in a Parmesan cheese wheel, but I really don’t think it was. I hate putting salt on anything and I don’t even think it was salted. The Parmesan in the pasta would’ve had plenty of salt. The pasta was al dente though. I also had a chocolate chip cookie- it was fresh and delicious. I would definitely go back and try other things.

Love to visit the 7th Street Market for some good food! It's a cozy food hall in the middle of the city and right off the light rail! Great location and always good vibes. Mano Bella was cute and staff was super helpful since it was my first time. Love that you can make your own pasta and the pizza looked delicious too! Plenty of sitting and public restrooms and it's a family friendly hall.

My family and I stopped by for a late lunch, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The homemade pasta was absolutely top-notch—fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of rich flavor. You can really tell they put care into every dish. We tried a few different pasta options, and each one was better than the last. The sauces were delicious and well-balanced, and everything tasted like it was made from scratch with high-quality ingredients. The service was also fantastic and fast making it the perfect place to enjoy a great meal with family. If you’re looking for authentic, high-quality Italian food, Mano Bella is the place to go. We’ll definitely be back!
